Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Hipster New York Boutique. This policy explains how and when your order will be shipped.

Free Shipping On Every Order

Shipping is complimentary on all orders, to every destination we serve. There is no minimum spend and no threshold to reach — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days depending on destination. Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Order Fulfilment

Form&Fold works with a curated international fulfilment network, which means items may ship from different locations. Orders containing multiple pieces may therefore arrive in separate parcels at different times, at no extra cost to you.

International Orders, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped internationally, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply on delivery. These charges are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you can track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please reach out.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We're unable to reroute parcels once dispatched, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur a re-shipping fee.
